PILATES
Pilates is different from all forms of exercise focusing on strengthening the centre core muscles using the abdominals to control the movement. This is a comprehensive workout on a stability ball using weights. It concentrates on firming and defining the core muscles of the abdomen and low back. Beginning with warm -up and leading into muscle work out this routine utilizes both major and minor muscle groups to develop tone, definition and strength of the total body.
