While conducting the class, Carmen focuses on the physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation. Using slow movement, mainly working with the spine and glandular system. Yoga is proven to help build stamina, improve muscle tone and spine flexibility, reduce body fat,  improve circulation, stimulate the immune system and create a marvellous sense of calm and well being.
